WHY?

This is more of a personal back up to my Steepster log of tasting notes prior to doing an extended review over at the Sororitea Sisters Site for the Teas I am drinking.  This will have random tasting notes thru out the day everyday at least Monday thru Friday.  Please see my sidebar for more info and where to find me and my blogs with more extended reviews and more formal writing and activity!  Thanks!
